the location was great , especially being close to the sea and the embankment.
the room quality did not match the pictures at all. it definitely did not feel like a 4-star hotel room. additionally , i didn't feel very welcomed by the staff , and every staff member spoke to me in german first.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, with many nearby shops, bars, and restaurants. The room was modern and very clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. I found the daily cleaning service excellent and efficient.
I noticed the air conditioning was quite loud, especially when set above the lowest fan speed. the vent covers was poorly installed, affecting the overall aesthetics of the room.

The staff was consistently helpful and friendly . Check-in and check-out at the reception were smooth and efficient, which I appreciated. They handled all requests promptly.

the breakfast selection was plentiful and tasty i thought.
the air conditioning wasn't working properly on the floor i was staying and a maintenance worker looked at it but it never got fixed , made sleeping difficult.

The hotel's proximity to the beach is awesome. It's just a short walk away! The rooms are super modern and clean, I loved it. The breakfast had so many options! I was spoiled for choice!
The elevators are very small and it can get crowded at peak times, so it takes a while to get to the upper floors! It's just a minor inconvenience though!
